What a timely purchase. The July 2022 heat wave came and we were ready with our recent air conditioner acquisition. The unit did a wonderful job of cooling several rooms with efficiency. It functioned very well in all settings. It is very attractive and easy to operate with the remote. We have purchased several Frigidaire appliances recently and we are very pleased with all of them.

Purchased this a/c wall unit a few months ago with expectations of a difficult installation. I removed the old wall unit and insert frame had to close up the hole a bit for this one to fit. Everything went very well. This unit works really well. Very happy so far as to how it cools my house down.

This AC is the perfect size for my house. Love the looks compared to other AC. Came home one day and it was 80 degrees in my house. Put on AC and it cooled down the house within 1/2 hour.

Just replaced 2 thru the wall A/Cs with 12,000 btu Frigidiares. They really cool down the rooms effortlessly. And since I can set the temperature I want the room at, they cycle on and off so I no longer have that annoying A/C noise all the time. I am very glad I made this decision.

There is no wall dividing my kitchen & my living room, it's more like an island which divides both. So the sq ft made the living room space much larger than it actually should be. When you cook especially if the the oven wasm in use it would make the living room & kitchen so hot a 5,000 btu or even 10,000 btu ac stood no chance in cooling the area. My Frgidaire 12,000 btu Ac cools the room with 15-20 min with no need for continue use after 1 hr because the room stays cools long after the ac has been turned off, that's how well it cools, it is also not as noisy as its competitors. I have & will recommend this unit.

Installed this in a one bedroom condo one month ago. So far so good. The only thing I don't like is the remote and the lights on the unit. They're way too small to see across the room. What good is a remote if you have to get up, walk over to the unit to see what you've selected.

Unexpected high frequency noise that the manual says is "normal", but U didn't have in my old unit. The display is needlessly minute, so you have to be within arms length just to read the annotations next to the tiny LED indicators. Otherwise okIt gets the room cold.

Purchased for a larger open concept area and it works well for quick cooling. Some of the features that I noticed are inconvenient are: the remote lacks the detail of showing what mode, air speed, etc that the unit is in. This causes you to have to actually to go the unit and try to see (not easily accessible where we had it installed and hard to see from a distance) if you want to change or know what settings are currently running. I also wish the vent moved up and down in direction; however, the inside directional vents do move left and right. But overall good unit for it's intention....cooling the room.

Last year I purchased FFTA0833UI, the 8000 but thru the wall version of this years 12000 but. The remote with last year's version provided all the information on mode, fan speed and temperature settings. On th I unit you need to look at the almost indistinguishable mini lights on the unit to see what stage you are in. Beyond five feet you need to get up and look. A real step back from a user convenience perspective. Other than that a rock solid performer. Can a little noisy on both.

Air Conditioner keeps multiple rooms cool. The remote sensing is one of the great features. I would highly recommend this air conditioner. Frigidaire products are built to last. I have Frigidaire stove, microwave, air conditioners and dehumidifiers.

The only thing IAM not happy about is. The sutter's on the ac in front, doesn't cut the flow of air down. It's blows at you, to much. Even when you adjust the slots, it's blows that cool to. And I set it on low, and still, too much. I use a tall piece of cardboard in front of ac , to cut the air flow away from me.
