Cools the room and fit perfectly in sleeve with a little foam. Wish the buttons on the remote were a little bigger, but pleased with how the AC quickly chills the room. Always go with Frigidaire!!

I purchased this unit to replace an older Frigidaire unit that was at least 15 years old. This one was a quarter of the weight, lager by 2000 BTU and SO much quieter! And, it is much more efficient! In fact, my electricity usage has gone down, while being able to cool the additional 120 sq ft of living space in the 3 season porch! I highly recommend this unit!

I bought this about a month ago to replace an old Friedrich wall AC. Dimensions were slightly different than my previous AC but it fit perfectly in the window sleeve. Noise level is about average for an AC of this type but it is quieter than the one it replaced. It cools pretty quickly and has enough cooling power for my living/dining area.

We've been using our new a/c for about a month. Cools down our first floor nicely. The thermostat is about 2 degrees different than the temp on the remote but that could be due to different locations of the two. It's easy to correct, so not a big deal

The mode and other indicator lights are too tiny - like a pin prick! With the light from the nearby window shining on them, they are impossible to see.

Not happy with this unit and the required sleeve. Directions were terrible and the unit May as well have not even given any directions. Unit sticks into the room too far. No directions on where to install all the foam weatherstrip, so I now have a box full of leftovers. At least give illustrations for directions. Also the sleeve has holes drilled on the top? Would have bought the chassis unit had I known about this before the purchase. Frigidaire big fail on the directions. Hopefully I did it right and it stays operational for a long time.

I use to have a portable a/c, now I have this Frigidaire a/c, and I am so happy I have it! No more dumping water from the portable a/c, and this new Frigidaire 12,000 BTU a/c is very efficient, and keeps my apt cool, it even circulates to cool off my bedroom also, I feel this is the best air conditioner that I have ever owned. I love it!!

We purchased this model to replace our old Frigidaire in wall unit. It cools off most of our small apartment quickly and keeps it at a comfortable temperature when in use. We had replaced a 18 year old unit. This new unit it stuck on economy mode. It will never change. It turns on for 10 minutes and then turns off until it turns 82 degrees. It will be as long as hour before it turns on again to cool. When it is set on cool only and low fan. I have tried dry. Doesn't work. I have tried to rest it and readjust the thermostat to çlose to the coil as suggested. Still doesn't work. This unit installed on Friday June 4th. Let it sit 45 minutes before turning it on. I can't believe this new unit would do this. It is junk. I hopefully hope we will get our money back for this junk unit. I have been trying to cool a 15x25 space for the last two days. Still hasn't worked. Junk. Attached six different photos with different times of the day.

I wish I had bought it sooner. It replaces a 49 year old Frigidaire unit which still worked perfect,y well but was fat from energy efficient. This one will cut my electricity bill and give me some added wonderful features. Am de,ughted with the purchase.

Purchased April 15, 2021 & delivered April 17, 2021. Professional installation with seal around unit, so air won't escape or let hot air from outside in. Easy clean filter, wash or vacuum clean. If washed make sure to air dry completely to prevent any electrical shock. In the winter I would unplug it and maybe buy a cover for it, if there's one I have to check, but might not need one. Has sleep mode, auto off and timer, along with other features. Good buy.

My landlord got this unit to replace my previous in-window one (which I think was an older version of the same unit) -- it is FANTASTIC for cooling my studio/junior one-bedroom. I was also very impressed with the remote, I had expected that since there aren't clear sight-lines from the sleeping alcove to the unit I wouldn't be able to adjust the temp from bed, but it picks it right up. The "Dry" setting was also wonderful for those uncomfortable humid days. Would buy for my own place in the future!

I needed to replace an old wall AC. This one 'fit' the bill in so many ways. The remote is amazing. The sensor on the remote is so 'cool'. If I am cooking in the kitchen and it gets a bit warm, the AC will kick in to keep everything under control. There are so many choices of settings (fan, temp, eco). Noise level is fine. Would I recommend ? - you bet!!!

I really put this air conditioner to the test with a west facing condo unit. With that hot afternoon sun, it keeps the area cool and I don't have to run the fan on high. The multiple functions - ECO, timer and auto function are a real plus! The unit is quiet, efficient, and easy to use.

I love it better than my old moldy GE AC that came with in my condo. Bought new Frigidaire and LOVE IT! Only con is the mode indicator has tiny green dots, I can't tell what mode.Like my older Kenmore at the other house indicator changed from temp to mode when I change the mode, after done it changed back to temp. That is much easier to read.

I bought this to replace my 10+ year old Frigidaire. I liked my previous unit and decided to stick with Frigidaire. It has many nice new features including an Eco setting, a dehumidifier setting, auto fan speed and remote temp sensing. My only reservation is that it does not seem as quiet, even on the lowest fan setting, as my old unit but it does keep things cool.

Replaced one of two Frigidaire a/c wall units in June 2020 with same model I purchased in July 2012 because I already knew it was high quality, energy efficient, and it cools my living/dining room and kitchen (approx. 400 sq ft) in minutes. I love the remote control with all the ™bells and whistles™ (mode/ECO/light/sleep/remote sensing/timer), and it really does cool down to the lowest 62 degree setting.
