Professional grade home stove

I am new the Frigidaire brand of home appliances and this is my first Frigidaire stove. I must say the build quality of the stove is impeccable and it works flawlessly. The post cookout cleanup process is also very simple and easy as all the grills on the stove are super easy to detach. All the metal surfaces are super polished and do not retail any fingerprints. Also another point to note is that the oven control are all analogue so they are super intuitive while the timer controls are digital. Frigidaire has struck a great balance between the digital and analogue control schemes.

Love the functionality but..

We've owned the range for almost 2 years now. Since day 1 we've been annoyed about the extremely loud rattling of the caps on the burners when the oven fan is running. The caps are seated correctly but my gosh, it sounds like a freight train moving by. I think the fan is great but can we put some type of silicone or other material in between the cap and burner to stop the crazy loud vibration? I would give it 5 plus stars if it weren't for this weirdness. If this cannot be corrected, then for sure next time we buy, it won't be one of these.

I'm stilI learning how to cook on this stove and in this oven. Seems like there's only two temps with burners. Low and Very High. I use the power plus preheat most of the time on oven cause it takes so long to preheat otherwise. Good looking stove and love the racks in the oven. Roll out nice and have built-in pull. Cleans up nice and easily.

We bought our range approximately 2 1/2 years ago. In that time we have had the clock control panel replaced 3 times just to have it not keep proper time. The clock would work for a few weeks then begin to lose time. The third time was right as the warranty finished. Shortly after the warranty expired the broiler stopped working. This stove has been nothing but problems.

It™€™s very disappointing as the two timers cosine the digital display. Not showing the oven temp is a mistake for me. I do love the power preheat setting.

The gas range is relatively new. The top burners work very well. There is a good selection of burner sizes. The oven and broiler work well also. The Thanksgiving turkey cooked perfectly. The range came with a built-in meat thermometer with a red cable. This feature does not work. The temperature did not show on the display. The instructions say the thermometer has to be connected before turning on the oven. We do not place anything in the oven before it is pre-heated. I like the feature and I wish we could use it, but I do not understand the logic

We bought this about a month ago and really like its features. First, is the variable center/grill burner. Adds huge versatility. The oven itself heats up very quickly, and then stays steady. We also love the different sized burners of the stovetop. The bottom drawer was a must--our previous oven, which we had also bought partly for the design, didn't have one. This oven is great looking and easy to use. We also like the roll out rack, which our old oven didn't have either. There's really a lot packed in to this apartment-sized product.

When we purchased this range I had very high expectations. They were not met. One of the burn was not working. All of the others were out of adjustment. The oven controls work intermittently. I am still waiting on warranty work for that. When contacting the store we purchased it from, they did not provide service, and recommended in contact Frigidaire directly. After several attempts over the course of a day, with no help . I was able research some one to provide warranty services. Over all I am disappointed.

Very Sturdy, few bells and whistles

We installed this range about one month ago. The capacity of the oven is wonderful, and it bakes very evenly. Regarding the cooktop, we have been extremely pleased with the functionality and design. The burners are appropriately laid out, allowing for a wide variety of cooking simultaneously. This is important when one is cooking for a large household. The burners heat very evenly, though it would be nice to have a little more heating capacity on at least one of the burners. Aside from the BTU issue, which is not that concerning, our family has been very pleased with this appliance. We did have one issue with the pre-heat indicator light blinking rapidly, and we are awaiting a response from the manufacturer regarding how to resolve this issue. The installer indicated that there may be a small short in the wiring, due to jostling during shipping which is causing the light to blink. Beside the blinking light, the oven, and the range, perform very well. The touch screen controls for the oven timer, and indicator lights do not seem to add value to the oven for us. They are aesthetically nice, but all in all I would prefer something a little more conventional in such a tank of an appliance. We are happy with our purchase and would recommend Frigidaire to anyone. Thank you for building such a tank of an appliance.

We've been using it for about a month now. Boils water quicker than any of my old stoves. Love the convection oven. I haven't put it to the true test of cooking 4-5 pots at a time yet, but holidays are coming. Love how it looks too.Please be aware during installation: the back of the stove is completely flat aside from a 6" tall gap down at the bottom for the gas hook-up. Make sure your contractor/gas guy is very accurate with the placement of the shut off valve, or you will have a stove sitting many inches away from the wall. I'm telling you from experience!

I love the pull out rack in the oven. The burners work hard too, takes very little time to boil a pot of water! Love the cast iron pan that came with it. Very happy overall!

Amazing Range

Love the looks of this range. The burners have higher output than our previous Whirlpool. The grates go all the way to edge, making a larger cooktop for fitting several pots/pans at once. I™€™ve used the convection bake a few times and it™€™s a great feature, really crisps up breading.

Powerful oven

We have had this oven for almost a month. The design is wonderful. The burner placements allow for cooking multiple items at once. There are 3 oven racks that can be moved around for multiple items also. One of the racks rolls in and out for ease of placing and removing heavy items. The power of the burners in and out are amazing.

My husband and I were renovating our whole kitchen and made a last minute switch to this stove, simply because its dimensions fit best with a shallow countertop. But we absolutely love it! It's so intuitive and easy to use. We never once had to look at the manual.Love the features like the big glass door, included griddle, and easy to clean surfaces. Also preheats pretty quickly.. Ended up being great in our kitchen!

Pre heat light flickering all the time
