The refrigerator has not worked properly since installation. We did not realize the unit was defective until food began spoiling and the refrigerator started issuing over-temperature alarms. The unit is frozen at the bottom while registering 52 degrees at the top, making it unusable and unsafe for food storage.When I contacted Frigidaire's service department, I was initially told service was two weeks out. Then, two days before the scheduled repair, the appointment was pushed back another week. As a result, I have been without a functioning refrigerator for an extended period of time, with no acceptable resolution.Unfortunatly, Frgidaire outsources its repair, and the repair comany has not obligation to make repair happen quickly. At this point, I do not have a working refrigerator, and the delays in addressing a defective product have only compounded the issue. I am extremely unhappy with both the product performance and the service experience to date.

Very happy so far with this product: however, I have only had it for just under a month. I cannot comment on longevity or reliability yet. I do intend on purchasing the match freezer.

Purchased the Fridge/Freezer Column Set and was looking forward to completing the Kitchen remodel... Everything about this experience has been awful. First sign was when the delivery was re-scheduled due to the units being "back ordered" - why would they allow a purchase and allow the scheduling of delivery when they know that the units are not in stock. There was never any communication or indication that the units would not be delivered as scheduled. Two days from the scheduled delivery, I reached out to Frigidaire to confirm a time only to learn that it would not be delivered as scheduled. No communication from Frigidaire at all to let me know that the date was going to change or that it would be weeks until it would be re-scheduled. After several calls and chats it was escalated and a new date was offered - more than a week after the original date. The units were delivered and the installation began - turns out the refrigerator unit was damaged and the installation could not be completed. The delivery team immediately submitted a case and the new unit was ordered. Unfortunately, I then had 2 uninstalled units in my kitchen. Fast forward to now (almost a month later) and I still have no replacement unit and apparently it won't be in stock again until Jan. 13. After multiple chats and calls to customer service and being told that it will be delivered on time (13 rescheduled deliveries) I finally learned that it was back-ordered again and could continue to be pushed out in to the future. After spending thousands of dollars on these units, I have been waiting for two months to actually get what was purchased. Pro-active communication is non-existent, and when you do speak with a representative of the company they out-right lie (I was promised, guaranteed, and assured by the highest level supervisor available that the dates would not change again - yet they did). I requested to speak with the head of customer service, apparently they cannot allow that to happen or even provide a name. There is no re-course, I was told I cannot return these and receive a refund - it's now a warranty issue... They will not come back and install the working unit until the replacement arrives - so here we sit with a damaged refrigerator and an uninstalled pair in our kitchen. How did service fall this far? Stay away from Frigidaire, Electolux or any of its subsidiaries - they all route to the same poor service division with no accountability or desire to resolve any issues.

Potential buyers of this product heed this warning. If you buy this refrigerator you better get the extended warranty. You will need it. However, I recommend you find something else that has a better reliability record. After reading the response to one of the other negative reviews, I tried to call the number and was basically told "too bad". It is insane that they don't offer a longer standard warranty for a major component like the compressor... The tech tells me it will be over $1000 to repair. This refrigerator is less than 3 years old. It makes no sense for the quality to be this bad. Frigidaire if you have a contact that can help me resolve this I am all ears.

We loved the original set, that was here when we bought the house in 2012. We became accustomed to the additional space that is provided in both the fridge and freezer combo. When paired, the set looks like one piece, yet you have two single door units. The updated version is just that. High tech, very easy operation. I love the lighting in these units, bright and well placed throughout. Enough flexibility in shelving placement. Drawers and bins seperable option, which is nice. Auto humidity, I like that. Filtration, both for water dispensation and fruit/veggie crisper. I also like the ice maker in the freezer. Just the right size cubes. Love the set. Very happy with our choice.

Buyer beware: this refrigerator essentially comes with a $550 annual subscription fee and a 1 month unscheduled outage every year thanks to all the repairs. We purchased our home last year and the previous owners had renovated the kitchen just before we closed, installing this refrigerator. Now because we aren't the original owners, this unit is out of the manufacturers warranty, so of course, within two months of moving in, the sealed system unit needed to be replaced. I'll give Frigidaire their due, a sealed system unit replacement would have cost us well more than the $550 price of their flat fee repair, but it seems like they've gutted every other part of their customer service system to keep repair costs from bankrupting them. Every time the CR reps tried to schedule their contracted local repair shops here in Colorado, they've presented us with dates that no technician was actually available, and we quickly get a call from the repair shop to reschedule. Side note: it's hilarious working with these contracted techs (who, as independent companies, service other manufacturers), as they openly acknowledge how terrible Frigidaire is to work with and how unreliable their product is. The first sealed system unit they shipped to us was so banged up on arrival that the technician agreed we needed to reorder the part rather than proceed with the repair. In total, for last year's repair, we were without a refrigerator for 48 days (we have a toddler by the way, so trying to keep milk cold is SUPER fun). That would be fine if it was a one off, but here we are, less than a year later, back in the same spot, paying another $550 dollars for the privilege of being without a refrigerator for what is now another 14 days and we haven't even gotten parts on order yet. The customer service behind this all is just laughable. I've asked to speak with a manager twice, been told one would call me back, and then haven't heard anything. The latest time I had to call and check on the status of my ticket, they told me the contracted tech had said we declined repairs and the ticket was closed. I'm sorry, do you guys like wasting time and money? Who on earth would just say "no, I'm good. I prefer my refrigerator broken actually..." Lastly, and maybe most importantly, you guys really need to think through your warranty policies. A 2 year manufacturers warranty? That should be the dead giveaway that no one should buy this thing. The expected life cycle on a refrigerator is at least 7 years. If you're not offering a 5 year warranty, you clearly don't stand behind the quality of a major appliance. You should be handing out a 2-year warranty on every REPAIR. The whole point of a sealed system is that it's sealed for the life of the unit, and you're trying to tell me it's normal to have someone come and replace the thing every year? If you're not standing behind the repair work then yes, this is just a subscription fee I'm paying now for the privilege of keeping this piece of garbage in my kitchen.

I wanted more space than my previous Thermador refrigerator had and that's exactly what I got. The large bins on the door hold a lot and that frees up shelf space. No more moving everything around to get an item out. The filtered water on the side is also a great feature. The whole family is very happy with the refrigerator.

Only time will tell. It seems like refrigerators from the 70s still work great but anything made post 2010 breaks in a few years. So far this unit has done its job, no issues. The trim kit makes it look like a built in when it™™s not and maintenance will be easier if there are issues.

This Frig was a replacement for the Frig I purchased in February 2025 from A&A Appliance in New Iberia Louisiana. The original purchased Frig keep making a noise and vibrating badly. Videos were sent to A&A Appliance and they worked with Frigidaire reps to rectify. A fix was never found and that is why this one is a replacement. After delivery it has been running smoothly.

The refrigerator runs quiet and although is bigger slightly thean the older model it replaces, it has less drawers. In addition, the extra couple inches is size means the trim kit will not fit as per the older model nor will the new one fit in the old trim kit. The refrigerator looks nice a sleek, however, the plastic parts, especially around the water filter seems a little flimsy.
