I bought this dryer because I needed the flat back because of size. It drys well enough but the overall quality is very cheaply made. I feel when I close the door my hand might go through the door.

We needed to replace our old Whirlpool dryer after 16 years. The issue was space. Our washer and dryer are behind louver doors in a tiny closet. We were fortunate to find this dryer that was shorter front to back than most others. That's why we selected this model. However, having said that, it runs beautifully with many more features than our old one had. Excellent quality. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Works beautifully. Dries loads quickly and completely. FULLsized, even a King sized comforter fits and dries completely!
Only reason I gave it 4 stars is that Dryer is EXTREMELY LOUD. End of cycle buzzer is not needed because you KNOW when dryer turns off because there is quiet. Especially when you live in a one floor condo. Would probably be better in a basement. But had to get this model since I needed a model that would fit in a laundry closet with louver doors, space being very limited. That said, a very good dryer.

This dryer does it's job very well. Quickly,quietly. It has one annoying feature. The door takes a lot of effort to close and it is very loud when one hits it hard enough to stay closed. The door also seems flimsy.

I have been using this dryer for almost a month. It is different than the previous dryer and will require a little getting use to. My dryer is a little louder than the previous one but not unbearable as mine is behind folding doors. So far I have no real complaints. It drys well in a reasonable amount of time. Disclaimer: I chose this dryer because it was the only one that would fit the space that was a brand I trust. It was more expensive than other dryers that were of larger capacity.

I like the large capacity drum it lends itself to making the efforts of doing bedding or large dry loads easier with a quicker dry time. I do wish there was a wrinkle release option without having to upgrade, for I found some items are still wadded in a ball that after drying time. I chose a basic model to avoid a lot of technology concerns during performance and to limit repairs. But I do like this dryer it fits with Whirlpool 3.8 cu. ft washer.

I purchased this dryer and a washing machine as my Whirlpool made 40+ year old dryer and 33+ year old washer, while still functioning, needed to be replaced. Consequently I wanted to once again have Whirlpool appliances. I had a good idea of the features that I wanted and needed but I was dealing with space issues. Therefore I was limited in my selection of appliances. This dryer fit into the space and has the features that I need.

I bought this a few months ago. It was the only full size dryer I could find that would fit in the cramped little space, so I didn't have much choice. The "energy preferred" setting usually leaves things a little too damp for my liking, so go with the "more dry setting" It buzzes a few times before everything is finished, which seems a bit unnecessary.

After having used this dryer for four weeks, I must say that I am totally impressed by the job it does. I put the wet clothes in the dryer, close the dryer door, set the time, etc., and 20 minutes later my load of clothes (or whatever) is finished...completely dried and wrinkle-free. The steel drum in the dryer is what I'm so happy about. The drums found in most dryers being sold nowadays are made of aluminum...which is known to dent or easily lose its shape...But not mine. It's plenty sturdy. I gave it 5 stars.

This dryer replaced a GE Dryer that was in service for 18 years. I am hoping to get the same out of this one. The old dryer was a 5.7 cu.ft. The reason for buyer this dryer is its size. The smallest regular basic clothes dryer available. Even this dryer was 0.5 inches too big. When the door closes the door scraps the front of the dryer. Other then
that the dryer works fine and does the job I bought it for.
