Fire hazard

I had support, they left a broken screw, never came back. Waiting on hold now over 20 minutes.3x the lint basket some how comes up and clothes got stuck inside of dryer unit and destroyed. A huge fire hazard. washer also randomly leaks water and easily smells. I have had front load for years before and never such issues and always leave door open, now you even have to pull the soap area out if you don't want odors.

This dryer will only dry your clothes if you select the 60 min timed dry setting on high. EVERY other setting will leave your clothes wet. It sucks.

Work Well but Not Quite Dry with Sensor

This dryer works well. When I use the towel setting for towels, it dries completely. However, when I use the standard setting for other loads which is 53 minutes, it is never dry in that time. I then run it for an additional 10 minutes using the timed dry and it is dry. My old dryer took about an hour for a load, so this is pretty comparable. I do think the dryer works well and would purchase it again. I just think the sensor is not quite that accurate.

While shopping for a new gas dryer the Electrolux really stood out. It is simple to use and has many various function including the 20 min fast dry option. You can tailor your dryness and heat setting while adding other options. We really love this dryer.

Had this for about a month and find it is doing a great job in our laundry. The deep drum allows for a big load while limiting creasing. The steam feature is great to freshen up items and the huge lint trap works great. The lighting is useful too

I™€™m finishing my basement and the laundry area was the priority. I bought the dryer in March 2021 and had it hooked up about 2 weeks ago. Aside from just being grateful to finally have the laundry area done, this dryer has really been impressive. I haven™€™t gotten to use the steam function yet, but I™€™ve used almost every other setting. The ™€˜eco™€™ setting on normal can leave heavier loads a little damp, but running it on the ™€˜20 minute™€™ setting seems to take care of that no problem. The touchpad can be a little sensitive, but that™€™s not a complaint, only an observation.

We bought this from the recommendation of the store that we purchased it from. A lot had to do with the dimensions of the space that we had available to replace our existing Kenmore dryer. It seems that all of the new dryers are larger than they use to be. We always had bought Kenmore products in the past. I didn™€™t even know that Electrolux made dryers? However, I am very impressed with the performance and features of this dryer so far since purchase.

This is the second Electrolux washer/dryer I have owned. In between, I had a Whirlpool set that came with the home I purchased which, although only a few years old, soon needed replacing. I again went to Electrolux. The dryer is simple to use, options are easy to follow; exceptionally good lint filter. My only complaint is the same one I had with both the earlier Electrolux and the Whirlpool If you want your clothes to be fully DRY, as opposed to slightly damp wrinkle-control, I find my only option is to use the Timed Dry setting at 60 minutes, and, even then, I may need to fluff everything out and then add 10 extra minutes to get everything truly dry. And, no,I do not overload the machine!

We™€™ve had this dryer a few weeks. It replaced a 12 year old Kenmore. It took a few loads to understand the settings. Really happy that it uses less electricity than our old dryer. The one drawback is the chime is much quieter than the old dryer™€™s buzzer. Our laundry room is in the basement. The plus is the digital time estimate so we have a good idea when to check on the load.

I have a problem with the fins on the inside of the drum. Every time we try and put small throw rugs in the dryer the largest fin pushes the carpet between the fin and the housing for the lint filter. This stops the dryer and I™€™m sure puts strain on the rotating drum. The other two fins are shorter and do not cause jamming of the rotating drum.

My husband and I just purchased a new home that gave us the option to purchase dryer and washer with our home. Initially I was a little concern, we were so used to LG products but needles to say I am very much impressed and satisfied with Electrolux. Every feature is easy to understand and this is a plus* the dryer has a built in light, so when you open the door instead of going in blind to see if you have left anything behind the light will show you. It is a great feature that I had no clue that was even possible.
