We really are impressed with our new Electrolux washer and dryer in the excellent operations of both appliances. Beginning with the pair™™s quietness to the improved cleanliness of our clothes. Even when we requested a service person to come to our house because the washer door would not remain open, it was a matter of making an adjustment in the leveling. Although we have only been using the pair for a few weeks, we expect our experiences to continue.

The machine broke within the second year, but it was still under warranty. They told me it would be fixed, and I even paid $300 for the repair. It™™s now been three months, and it still hasn™™t been repaired.I™™ve called many times, and they always say they haven™™t been able to reach me™"which isn™™t true. Every time I speak with someone new, it feels like they don™™t have the correct information or my case details. There seems to be a serious lack of coordination and follow-up.Very frustrating experience so far.

Good quality pedestal. Only drawback is that there is one big drawer and no dividers to separate items. My Kenmore Pedestal that I previously used my Kenmore washer, had dividers in the pedestal drawer. Better with dividers in the drawer, IMO. The product description should inform buyer that the drawer has no dividers.

What good is the pedestal if it doesn™™t come with hardware to attach it to the dryer. Spent 2 hours on the phone to be told it™™s an accessory the brackets and screws don™™t come with it? IKEA even includes the hardware or all you™™d have is a pile of wood. Hardware stores don™™t sell them they told me they are manufactured specifically for dryer .. so now what? Ridiculous. Never again will I purchase Electrolux

This pedestal serves double purposes for us: first it provides storage in an underutilized area of the Laundry room, and second it elevates the machines to a level where we do not have to bend over or squat to put in or take out clothes. Absolutely a good investment.

Really like this pedestal under my new washer as it has an extra little bit of height to fit bottles and containers better than my prior 8 yr old LG. The Electrolux washer is solidly attached and doesn™™t rock and bounce at all like the prior washer even with comforter or blanket items. This unit is so quiet and cleans beautifully!

Well, the delivery company hired by ElectroLux set a 10:00AM - 2:00PM delivery ™window™. The delivery took place at 10:35 PM. Thank goodness for YouTube as a video found there explained NOT to follow ElectroLux instructions. The rear brackets must be set 180 degrees and all the way to the screw holes at the rear of the unit. The front brackets are not tall enough to line up with the holes in the washer, but I was able to drive them up on an angle and they seem to be secure, though certainly not optimal. I bought the washer from Lowe™™s. Their team delivered and set up. Lowe™™s didn™™t seem interested in selling us the pedestal, so we ordered directly from Electrolux. Aside from the poor delivery performance , they wanted nothing to do with installation. I set up ramps, and and a hand truck and recruited two buddies to assist me in getting the washer onto the pedestal successfully. Now that it™™s all done the washer appears to be working great. But this was not an enjoyable scenario. Wish Lowe™™s & Electrolux would work together to sell and install the entire package.

It doesn't appear that the washer cleans any better than the LG. The drying, while quiet, took a minimum of 75 minutes and things were still damp. I truly expected more.The drawer operates easily and smoothly.

The two men from Electrolux arrived on time on a day when we were getting the faucets for the washer relocated, so we could have room to put the drawers under the matching washer and dryer. It was pretty much chaos, but they were very professional in preparing the drawers, lifting up the machines, affixing them to the washer and dryer and helping the plumbers to locate them properly in a very tiny laundry room. Hooray, they were perfect! Thanks

On the Electrolux website for this pedestal it states a 1 yr warranty; on the published insert for install of this same unit, at the bottom it states a 2 YR WARRANTY. When clicking thru on the Electrolux website for this pedestal it takes you to a generalized warranty site that does not include a pedestal. After talking with a supervisor's agent in warranty, they say that regardless of the insert stating a 2 yr warranty, that their website is correct & overrides the printed published insert material thus allowing only 1 yr warranty - something is terribly wrong with their system.

I am very pleased with the Luxury Glide Pedestal. Bending to remove items from washer and dryer can place a strain on your back and muscles. The pedestals have helped me avoid back issues with unloading and/or hanging items to dry. Moving clothes from washer and dryer is now much easier.

Just got these with our brand new washer/dryer set a week ago, and I am so happy with them. Prior to this, we had a top loading washer/dryer combo, and before that, we've always had them stacked. The extra space is nice, but as someone who is 6'2", the fact that it's so high off the ground really makes my life so much easier, and doing laundry is a lot more ergonomic for me now ??

I ordered from the Electrolux website and paid for delivery and installation as part of the purchase. After delivery, the washing machine is not level and shakes, and the dryer is now damaged and not level with the washing machine. This is a nightmare to try to fix. Electrolux keeps 'processing' our request, and the delivery/installation company keeps telling us to call Electrolux.
